Returns

You have the right to refuse an unused item purchased in our shop and return it within 30 days of purchase.

To return the product, write to us through the inquiry form in the Contact section, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

After receiving your request, we will send you a return label and/or code within 1-2 working days, which you can use to send back the wrong product free of charge.

Funds will be returned to your account within 1-2 working days after the day of receipt of the returned item.
